We are a Consulting & Project Management Company focused on bringing our client's visions to life, whether it be consulting with our clients on their ideas, visions, and execution strategies, assisting in foundational building through training staff and leaders, and building and implementing policies & procedures. Other administrative needs are available depending on the needs. We also manage events (big or small) from beginning to end.

 

Vanessa McClure founded The Blueprint Impact LLC. Her vision for The Blueprint Impact was birthed through her desire and passion to bring people's visions to life. She has had countless years of experience leading teams of fifty-plus individuals for mega conferences. She has helped plan, manage, and execute events of various magnitudes. She has helped build and revamp Children's ministries of various proportions. She has produced Policies & Procedures, Training manuals, and countless other resources for the success of building a ministry or business. She has trained and assisted in equipping staff and volunteers so that foundational keys will remain impactful long-term.
